《沉睡的水下巨人》是台湾第一部以「海洋沈船生态」为题的纪录片，全剧共有八集，耗时2年、横跨台湾7大海域：兰屿、绿岛、小琉球、澎湖、东北角、垦丁及澎湖，以最高规格8K/120fps/RAW，拍摄总共8艘巨型沉船的故事。全剧由金钟制作人李景白导演制作、王阳明主持，邀请台湾知名音乐家李哲艺，量身打造最能表现海洋深邃又磅礴、宁静又充满多样生机的原创音乐，并带领湾声乐团的音乐家共同演绎，让节目成为兼具视觉与听觉之美的视听飨宴。透过李景白和王阳明带领观众潜入水下35 ~52米，拍摄这些沉在海底的水下巨人，从中发现，台湾周围的海域，正面临过度捕捞的生态危机，并且一步步揭露深藏海底的脆弱真相。
